Privacy
Your Address details will not be passed on to third parties except for travel details only if necessary. We use your e-mail address to keep you informed of activities. On average, 4 e-mails per year. You can easily unsubscribe. The data about your playing level will be passed on to the teachers.

The guitar Bootcamp is for everyone from 15 years. If you are younger than 18 when you register, you must have permission from your legal representative (usually your parents or guardian).
Do not forget that you provide all the information that can be important for the course. In case of incomplete or incorrect information provision at the time of registration, we are not liable for the consequences.

After receiving your registration we will send you a confirmation of registration as soon as possible with the invoice for the down payment. This is usually one third of the cost of the camp, for amounts above € 400.00. If the costs for the Bootcamp are € 400.00 or less, an invoice will be sent for the entire amount. If you have not received a message after a week, please contact us via info@guitarbootcamp.eu.

Placement
Registrations are handled in order of entry. A minimum and a maximum number of participants apply for courses or workshops. When the maximum number of participants has already been reached, you will be notified that you are on a waiting list. Courses continue when the minimum number of participants has been reached. If a course does not take place, you will receive notice of this at the latest a week in advance.

 

Participation
Our courses are open to everyone. When you come alone, the minimum age is 15 years. However, an exception can be made after consultation.

 

Photo and film
All photos and films made by the organization can be used for publication (internet, posters, flyers, etc.).
All other photographic and film material may only be used for personal use.

 

Food and drink
There are 3 meals a day. Coffee, tea and water are served for breakfast, lunch and evening meals
refreshments are free for the evening program.
Alcohol is forbidden under the age of 18. Violating can lead to removal from the course.

 

House rules
We ask a number of people per day to help with covering and clearing the tables. Whoever does this per day, we agree on the spot.
Before we leave, you will clear up as much as possible so that our group will not leave any waste for the next group.
It must be quiet between 23.30 and 07.00.
Campfires are only allowed on the places that we have built before.
Smoking is not allowed in the house and outbuildings (tents).
Furthermore, we keep things neat and we show respect for nature.

 

Confirmation registration
When you are definitely registered for the guitar summer camp, you will receive a confirmation of registration with the payment instructions of the course fee. You must then carefully read the course conditions on the website and, if you agree to the terms and conditions, send the form with date and signature back to: info@gitaarinstituutdordrecht.nl

 

Terms of payment
you will receive the invoice for the remaining amount a month before the start of the Bootcamp. This invoice must be paid within 14 days of receipt.
You can choose to transfer the course fee in one go, but it is also possible to pay in three installments. Please indicate in advance the registration form sent to you. An administration fee of € 15.00 will then be charged.

Accounts that are overdue are transferred to a debt collection agency. Any collection costs are for your account. Should a problem arise with regard to the payment of the course fee, then a payment arrangement is possible. Cancellation
Cancellations can only be made via the cancellation form.
The cancellation is only final after a confirmation of the cancellation by GID
In case of cancellation, for whatever reason, we will charge € 25 administration costs.
If canceled within four months before the start, we will charge 10% of the total price.
In case of cancellation within 2 weeks before the start of the course, we will charge 75%.

Refund of course fees Refund of the course fee only takes place in specific cases. After a recalculation, an appropriate refund will take place in consultation. You must send a written request to: info@guitarbootcamp.eu

You take your stuff, instruments and equipment at your own risk. Of course we ensure that they are stored safely and dry
